Welcome and thank you for choosing to exhibit at the 17th National Doctors of Nursing Practice Conference and Academy of Doctoral Prepared Nursing Summit, Key West, FL on June 25-27, 2024. This year’s conference is shaping up to be another successful event. We anticipate 300 plus attendees. This page will outline the documents, critical dates, links and other important information needed to exhibit at the conference to ensure compliance with our Continuing Education Providers:

1. Conference Program artwork is due by 5/1/2024. Early submissions are always welcomed.
2. Program ad size depends on your exhibitor package.
3. Send all art work in a jpg or png format to skco@dnpinc.org
4. Exhibit hours are Tuesday 6/25/2024 8:00am-3:30pm EST, Wednesday 6/26/2024 8:00am-4:00pm EST and Thursday 6/27/2024 8:00am-12:00pm EST.
5. Exhibitor set up 6/24/2024 after 6:00pm EST.
6. Exhibitor tear down to be completed by 5:00pm EST 6/27/2024.
7. Table(s) and chairs will be provided by the venue.
