Dr. Marquita Fields, is a Family Nurse Practitioner at a Urology practice in Greenville, North Carolina. She has worked as an nurse for 13 years in a variety of hospital and community based positions. She has a passion for quality and clinical practice improvements. In her spare time she enjoys being very active in her church and spending time with her loving husband, Daricus and their wonderful daughters Nevaeh and Jazmine.
Purpose
This quality improvement project purpose was to streamline post vasectomy semen analysis analyses to a clear objective point and provide accurate information to patients regarding success of procedure.
