    Hello,
    My name is Amber Thornton, and I am currently enrolled in my second year at Loma Linda University in a BSN-DNP program for Acute Care. I am seeking help with an assignment where I am to interview an Acute Care DNP and discuss the following:

    DNP Essential Competencies
    Direct clinical practice
    Guidance and coaching
    Evidence-based practice
    Leadership
    Collaboration
    Ethical decision making

    How do you incorporate the 6 competencies into your practice? What is your practice setting, years of experience in the role, education, and national certification(s)?
